Delete your Terdaq account
Effective date: September 26, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Terdaq account and the data linked to it, with or without the app. Terdaq is built and operated by GraniteCore Technologies, 330 2nd Avenue South, Suite 200 #1487, Minneapolis, MN 55401.
If you still have the app
- Open Terdaq, go to Settings, then Account, and choose Delete my account. The app asks you to confirm, then deletes the account straight away.
- You need to be signed in to the account you want to delete.
If you no longer have the app
- Email contact@granitecoretech.com from the email address you used to sign in to Terdaq, with the subject "Delete my Terdaq account".
- If you signed in with Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from any address and tell us so; we will ask you to confirm the request from inside a signed-in session or through Apple's relay address before deleting anything.
- We confirm who you are before deleting, so that nobody can delete someone else's account. We never ask for your password.
- We answer within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your Terdaq account record, your email address and sign-in identifiers, your plan and purchase records, and your usage counts, straight away. It is not a "soft" delete.
- Your sign-in in GraniteCore's Microsoft Entra directory (including any Sign in with Apple or Google link) is shared with other GraniteCore apps, such as Sondaq, and is not deleted by deleting your Terdaq account. Contact us and we will delete it too.
- Properties you saved are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them; they are never on our servers.
What is not deleted
- Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Only you can cancel it, in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- A monthly usage count: until the end of the current calendar month we keep only a count of how many searches and analyses you used, under a one-way keyed code that is not your email or any contact detail, so that deleting and recreating an account does not reset the free monthly allowance. It is erased automatically at the end of the month.
- Feedback reports are not linked to your account. Tell us roughly when you sent them and what they said, and we will delete them.
- Backups of our database are kept for 7 days, so deleted information can remain in a backup for up to 7 days before it expires.
